A holidays

Hello, in this blog let's talk about a holiday that I can remember.

I my life all holidays has been special because always I am accompanied of special persons. The last holiday were very special because I was with my family accompanied by my brother, my sister, my grandparents and my parents and we toured and met every place around the VII region, I met The Stone of the Virgin in Cobquecura, I learned to row and climb a kayak, and  in this I can travel through a wetland in the river Cauquenes. We were traveling about a month in the south of our country.

Those vacations were very special because every year my family and I take a break from a tiring year.

That vacation I met people from my family that I didn't know before, we traveled and shared together for weeks. I believe that these things are what make each vacation period you expect to be eternal. So, as I said before, each one is special.

I hope this stays that way, since every summer is different and different and new things happen.

I am currently planning my future holidays for the year 2020. I would like to know the length of all of Chile, starting with the southern tip of Chile. I like that every year it surprises me with something, and I hope the same for those who read this.

My movie hero or villain

Hi everyone, in this post I have to talk about a movie hero or villain that like. The truth is that I love action movies, super heroes man and womens, and villains, specially from the company Marvel. I think I’ve seen every single one of yours movies.

But no doubts my favorite heroe movie is Spider-man. I like this film because it is one of the first movies we saw in the cinema with my brothers and family. We saw this film around the year 2003 in a very big cinema that I don’t clearly remember where it was, it was a little child and my memory wasn’t the one I have today. And when I was a little child, I played video games of this character in the Play Station 1.

With my brothers, we had fun waring super heroes costumes and made me brother hang from a rope tied to a tree as a spider-man.

The time when we played together the tree brothers always had a good time, we had a good time, we had a beautiful childhood together, with a lot of imagination and love of sibling.

My brothers are the best company to watch movies😍 we know complete paragraphs of famous people of movies. And it’s with them that I like to go and see all the movies they release every month

A family meal

Hi everyone, in this opportunity lets talk about the family meal that I can remember. My family is very joined therefore we always eat together, in the morning at breakfast, in the midday at lunch and in the evening at dinner. Every time and meal with them is so special because we talk about the our day, our problem among other things. A very nice family meal was for last Christmas, in which I shared with my parents, brothers and grandparents. We had dinner at my house, ate a delicious turkey with salads, thanked each other for being together and wished us a nice Christmas. During dinner we remembered moments from past Christmases, we laughed at moments when my brothers and I were little. The mischief we did with the gifts and how we hid from Santa. Then the following week we had a family dinner to wish us a nice new year. We inflated colored balloons with a note that said our strongest wish for the next year, this was very special and touching. Every family is different, but I hope everyone has one as wonderful as mine and can share happy moments as I have with them. Every meal and every moment with them is one of love and learning. ♡

P.8: A subject I enjoyed this semester

This semester had several interesting branches, among them this Biogeography, Geography of the Soils, Geography of the Health, Application to the SIG II, among others that are characterized and differentiate for having different subjects related to the race and the putting in practice is very interesting as far as works in fields that we have had at generation level.

The subject I liked the most is Biogeography because its subject is dedicated to a branch of biology that studies the geographical distribution of animals and plants. His focus has called my attention, and his way of covering the study of species is something I would like to dedicate myself to. Thanks to her I have knowledge of a different disciplinary branch of the career and a wider field of work.

In this subject we had a terrain trip to the Quebrada La Plata located in the commune of Maipú in which we learned different distributions of animal and plant species and knew the different conditions that make it a protected place and unknown to most people.

The following images demonstrate what we learned during a field excursion of the Biogeography field and which makes it a subject of interest to me.

A large part of my career consists of research into different subjects.

I usually visit many pages for research on topics of interest, one of them and one of the most commonly used for this is the Vector Maps website of the library of the National Congress of Chile or better known as BCN and the website Spatial Data Infrastructure or SDI, Chile of the Ministry of National Assets. In which by means of territorial information it dates different reports of regions, provinces, communes, circumscriptions, districts, old maps, among other things.

Within these web site the option that I occupy more is the one of vectorial Maps, or download of layers that compiles links of layers and images categorized by thematic, in which I download information in shapefile format and it allows me to elaborate cartographies by means of a computational program.

I visit the site every week for reports, areas of study, and other research work.

I like this site because it has reliable information, and because the download and application of information has never failed me.

P.6: What are you passionate about?

I'm passionate about a lot of things, among all of them what I like the most is sleeping. My bed is my favorite place of all my house,

and the armchair next to the stove is the second favorite place for 

the comfort that these places have and the heat that they give me in 

winter.

I love music, my free time is dedicated to this, making music on guitar, piano or musical accompaniments to sing.

I enjoy going out with my friends, they are my second family☝, in whom I can trust, laugh, cry, and share a thousand stories. Going out with them to parties is the best, they are the best dancers 💃and karaoke singers there exist.

Between one and other things are many that I love, but I think the 

most important thing is the love I feel for my family👪, spending evenings and nights talking about our days is the most!!!.  

And I could not forget my dog, who at 4 years old I feel I have spent a lifetime with him, and I do not know what I would do 

without his company.

P.5: My favourite picture

My favourite picture is this. Holidays, 2018 It is my favorite of many photos I took that day visiting the Chungará Lake. It's part of a great journey, because to get to this lake you have to climb many hills and slopes, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.That day we started from Arica, a group of students and me. First our trip was delayed because the bus deteriorated, so we had to take a very old bus that would take us to the lake. To climb it was, difficult for us, because the altitude affected many of my partners and they began to faint. 😷

We were told that in order to avoid feeling bad we had to consume coca tea or eat pieces of grass every 10 minutes. But for fear of feeling bad I ate 2 whole coca leaves all the way. I didn't feel the symptoms of my classmates but I did start to feel drugged and very sleepy.💆So getting to the lake and being able to take nice pictures was a big challenge.On the other hand, the lack of oxygen at 4,500 meters above sea level is exasperating!!!.😭In conclusion it's my favorite picture, from a worthwhile experience.💛

P.4: Things that catch my attention on the street

Every time I walk down the street, I see different situations, such as, the people who sleep on the street in winter, the little dogs that sleep in the street and tremble accusing the cold that they feel. Many times I take off my headphones and hear people talking about different topics, I hear the sound of cars, the sound of the subway, and I realize how much acoustic contamination there is inside Santiago. One important thing about walking on the street is noticing how fast people walk, the stress with which they always walk, and the unfriendliness with other people. This is also associated with vehicle congestion while driving my car during peak hours. What also catches my attention and at the same time I don't like☹️, is to see people selling their products in the streets honestly as a source of work and then to see police running after them to take their products away.

P.3: My "favourite" gadget

Every day I use different gadget that facilitate my day by day. Such as tv, computer, radio, etcetera.

But my favourite gadget no because I like it, if not because I feel need this machine is my cell phone. This device is not very sophisticated, is an android smarthphone,  I got is a year and a half ago.  I use it to call my family, take pictures, occupy gps when drive in my car, listen to music, schedule my activities for the week and to do the activities of my career. I used the cell-phone every day to talk with my friends, and much more frecuente to  check out my social networks. I like my cell phone, but I wish I didn't have a cell phone to disconnect to the world and not worry about anything. Therefore my life without cellphone would be better.

P.2; A bit of my

When I was a young girl I liked everything with animals, because I saw a lot of programs of animals in tv shows. So, I had a dream to be veterinarian and study veterinary medicine post high school. 

My other program option that I had at the moment of applying to university and my hobbie is Music, because is a distraction to me when I feel stressed. I decide with the help of my parents, they told me and help me manage. Finally I choose engineering but I didn't like the program. Currently I study geography in the University of Chile. and my experience at university until now is very good, I like connect and share with my partners and friends.

The kind of job I would like to have is a job near to the ocean or in the land. I like the sound of the sea and the silence of the land. 

P.1: My autobiography

My name is Constanza Maureira. I was born in Santiago of Chile, August 8,1996. I live actually in Pudahuel, Santiago with my parents, brother (20), sister (17)  and my dog Mocho (4 loved years). I studied the elementary in School polytechnic Santa Anain Quinta Normal, then studied the high school in Liceo Tajamar in Providencia. Then I started study in the University of Santiago in Estación Central, but I don't enthusiasm and the next year I started to study Geography in University of Chile. I like sleep many hours, eating different types of food every hour of the day. Also I like the music, play the guitar, and I like play with my dog because I miss him every hour in the University.
