A large part of my career consists of research into different subjects.
I usually visit many pages for research on topics of interest, one of
them and one of the most commonly used for this is the Vector Maps website of
the library of the National Congress of Chile or better known as BCN and the
website Spatial Data Infrastructure or SDI, Chile of the Ministry of National
Assets. In which by means of territorial information it dates different reports
of regions, provinces, communes, circumscriptions, districts, old maps, among other
things.
Within these web site the option that I occupy more is the one of
vectorial Maps, or download of layers that compiles links of layers and images
categorized by thematic, in which I download information in shapefile format
and it allows me to elaborate cartographies by means of a computational
program.
I visit the site every week for reports, areas of study, and other
research work.
I like this site because it has reliable information, and because the
download and application of information has never failed me.
Here the links of the pages
Sometimes I use that websites too.
